Internal production

We produce some of the raw materials used in the Lomm products, which allows us to control the entire production process and complete a high level of precision and quality that is unmatched in the market.

SUPPLIERS

Precision in the selection of material

All the materials are analyzed by independent and accredited testing laboratories for content, emissions and durability.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

Recyclable

The metal waste is selected and stored, whereby it is delivered to a certified entity that forwards it for recovery. All the remaining waste from the production process (pallets, packaging and others), is appropriately selected and forwarded for recycling or recovery.

The waste from fabrics resulting from our production, is sent to a partner that transforms it into a new matter, reused in the implementation of new mattresses. Also the plastic surplus is forwarded to our plastic production unit, where it is recycled and reincorporated into new products.

Carbon footprint

We are aware that our activity is not free of impacts on the environment, therefore, we optimize more sustainable production techniques and constantly seek the reduction of waste and solutions and new uses for those that we cannot yet avoid.

We also seek to reduce the carbon emissions associated with the long distance transportation and have invested in solutions to be able to benefit from natural light in our plants, whenever possible.
